This hotel is a great overnight stay near the airport. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with nice amenities. The location is perfect, just a short 15 minutes slow drive from the airport and right behind the JR Hineno train station. Even though it's in a quiet neighborhood, it's still conveniently near the train station which is only 10 minutes away from the Kansai International airport.

The hotel had a free shuttle service to and from the airport which was really convenient, especially during New Year's Eve when taxi prices were very high. The room was small but had everything I needed, including a TV and a comfortable bed. , the hotel was very close to some convenience stores, so I could easily grab a snack or drink whenever I needed to.

The hotel was located in a very quiet area, so there weren't many options for activities or restaurants nearby. , the walls of the room were very thin, so I could hear the noise from the neighboring rooms and from the hallway.

The hotel is very conveniently located at the Hineno train station, just 2 stops from the Kansai International Airport. Unfortunately, there are no elevators at the station so I needed to drag my luggage up and down several flights of stairs to get to the street level. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport but it only operates in the morning and evening.

The hotel's location is convenient for travelers coming from the nearby airport, with several transportation options available. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and polite. the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast with a decent selection of food options to start the day.

There were limited shuttle service options to and from the airport which could cause inconvenience to travelers with unexpected layovers or early or late plane schedules. the hotel could benefit from improvements in soundproofing as noise coming from the next room can be heard distinctly.

The spa and Japanese bath were great, not to forget the massage chair. I liked the convenience of the airport to hotel and back free shuttle service.

It was a little overprized for the distance from the airport and the too few amenities offered.

We chose this hotel as it was recommended to us due to it's location close to the airport. It was an excellent choice although it is not convenient for the city but located in a small rural town. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful particularly the one employee at reception whose english was excellent. We upgraded to a suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The bus service to the airport was a bonus and the train station is a very short walk from the hotel. We would definately recommend this hotel to anyone needing a stop over convenient for Kansai Airport.

As you most likely do have a number of overseas guests it would be nice to have more european food available for supper.

very close to Kansai Airport with shuttle bus. very close to train station, elevator available only to one side of the Hineno station you need to cross all tracks to get to the hotel. If you use the Limited express train from Kyoto be sure that you get the train that stop at Hineno otherwise you will pay an extra if you stop at Shin Osaka or other station in between. Staff arranged a map with all restaurant, bar and shopping center location to get food at good price (hotel restaurant only buffet dinner at 2300 Yen x person). available sauna and pool/bath Japanese style very nice.
